Chris is a recognized industry leader in the area of ethylene technology. He is regularly published, and he holds several patents related to ethylene technology.
Mr. Wallsgrove has held the positions of Manager – Ethylene Technology for Selas, a subsidiary of Linde, AG.
Previously, he was Olefins Technology Manager and Olefins Marketing Manager for Stone & Webster.
Chris established C.F. Braun Engineers petrochemical business.
Over a fifteen-year period, Chris was responsible for ethylene plant start-up operations in Saudi Arabia, Russia and various CIS republics.
Currently, Mr. Wallsgrove is Course Director, “Process Plant Startup” for the Center for Professional Advancement (CIPA). In this capacity, he teaches plant startup and safety at seminars held around the world.
Wallsgrove holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK.
